While I use Notion & Todoist as to-do lists for university and personal tasks, I find that I often just need to jot down things quick so I know how to structure my time in a pinch, but I don't want to formally add it to my to-do list. As of now, the utility is actually just the native Apple Notes app on the Mac, or on my iPhone, which is when I considered, "Why not make a web tool for everyone to use?", which is where this idea took birth.
These are the 2 objectives I hope to accomplish with this tool:
I want it to be as simple as just using the Notes app on your phone.
My bigger reason, is that I want to upskill myself in more things. I started by learning React. I wanted to implement my learnings here, but upon realizing that I can still achieve the desired output without it, I've intentionally chosen to avoid it here, and instead just focus on completing this project. I still hope to implement React learnings very soon, but I realized avoiding a couple things meant I just procastinated on this project, delaying it more than necessary for what genuinely is rather simple.
